    I have to say they may not be to everyones taste,but Ive worked in a couple of radio stations way back when they were used as monitors both on air and production...I managed to get mine when the studio was being refurbed.Looks let them down a bit though,Im still listening to a pair on a daily basis connected in the room where my pc is via an external sound card....and they really do need stands to get them up off the floor,but at that price you cant go wrong,even for the drivers alone.

    Just over £1k for the lot isn't too bad a price either, given what each component could fetch individually

    Thats more like it John but always puzzles me just because somethng is valve assisted it requires a price tag!
