good speakers , I'm building some new cabinets for some magnum k's at the moment Birch ply with Zebrano veneer .Will post some pics if anyone is interested.

Yes please - I bought a pair of Magnums (K's I think, can't remember) for a tenner last year, but still in the garage awaiting a play, so you guys might have inspired me to fire them up!

Thanks for the info, there's not alot online about them.

Hopefully picking them up on Saturday so doubtless I'll voice my findings on here

Just this minute bought a pair of these:

Now I've got to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get them and probably pay some duty when they reach the UK.

They should be interesting, I've been planning to try some Diatone copies for some time and these are sensibly priced, the Alnico versions are much dearer.

Have any of you heard of the Diatone P610? It has a cult following worldwide and a pair of the originals from fifty or sixty years ago cost big money these days.
