Got to be worth a try - I didn't tighten them too much on installation but may back them off then just nip them slightly. I am still leaning towards the theory (aka 'clutching at straws'
) that the new arm is uncovering some cracks in the otherwise standard turntable's sound which the Tecchy arm is papering over.
