Not Monitor Gold's as he thinks though.

They look like 15" Golds to me Alex. Pleated, doped cone surrounds, beige chassis and gold magnet cover, don't see what else they could be. Certainly not Silvers, Reds or HPDs.

I believed that golds had grey chassis, think mine did, but it's a long time ago. My 12" HPD's have gold chassis.

Very high quality vintage Yamaha CR-800 receiver, second only to the CR-1000 at the time. Nice bit of kit. In Birmingham, less than two days left to bid and only up to £12 currently.

Sweet sounding CD player. Meridian 206, makes a good transport too. Not the last word in detail, but very musical.
