£2000 for a pair of Tannoy Devons?

Definitely not a bargain, I'd expect at least four pairs for that price.

Mind you it is in Portugal, maybe he wants a new house, that's about the right money out there these days isn't it?

Hmm. Dunno what to make of this. Looks well dear and I've never heard of these. Sorbothane lumps in a baggie maybe.

Could be a pricey snack! Bit chewy too I expect.

A real rarity and one of the best speakers of its time!

Probably worth the asking price just for the Decca London ribbon tweeters.

I remembered these - and Tony at Coherent Systems is a dealer - but they don't look like the ones he was selling last year...?

Ferrograph F307 amplifier, mint boxed and possibly new, how often will you find that?

Less than a day left on the listing and the bidding is only up to £62. It'll be interesting to see what this goes for. Might be tempted myself.

Bear in mind the RCA's on the rear are of the day which are just bare metal in poor shape no doubt by now regardless of how mint the actual unit maybe.. you ideally need deep pin RCA connectors like the original SME's. The speaker outlets are 2Pin Din..

I know what they're like Andre.

I bought one new back in the seventies, nicely made amplifier.
