Myself and my partner are regular sellers on ebay and some buyers want something for nothing. My partners account has been restricted by ebay because one of her regular buyers turned out to be a competitor and had been marking her down regularly on communication to drive her out of business. Although ebay have acknowledged it was malicious feedback and have subsequently removed it, we are still trying to get them to lift the selling restrictions 5 months on

This vintage Denon pro turntable is rather lovely.

If I were the winning bidder, though, I doubt I'd sleep as it made its way from Spain to me.

PT fitted with an Alphonson HR100 arm here. Some interesting mods fitted to this PT which might make it worth a punt

Lovely it is yes, but one has to take the description with a pinch of salt:

...the turntable shows signs of use, but no flaws or any noticeable marks
......well except for the ones you can see.................and maybe some you can't see!

How can an item have " ... been used constantly, but not very often."

Can someone explain this oxymoron to me?

Well, I suppose if you bought an amp, for example, and switched it on when you got home & played a constant stream of CD's through it for a couple of years, you'd (strictly speaking) have only used it once!

Is that what happened to the Denon deck - infrequent, but lengthy bouts of use?
