I'm not sure if this place has been mentioned earlier in the thread or not, but Phil (oceanobsession) has just told me about an utterly fabulous record shop in Birmingham, called The Diskery, which has been in Birmingham for years!
I intend to go there soon and check it out. Snapper, we'll defo go here, mate, when you come down in the summer! Anyway, check out the vid on YouTube:

I did a bit of a report on it a couple of weeks ago when I was there Marco. Firstly, this is NOT a record shop. It is a hang out for vinyl junkies! It is as removed from a retail shop as you can get. There is a "back room" - I suspect there are several - and I was just told to 'Help yourself'?Guys,

Really, really reasonable and everyone there was really knowledgable and very friendly, extremely helpful too.
Make sure you pay the parking though!!!
Edit: Sorry, forgot. Really easy to find and just up the road there is another shop too. I'll get the details.
