Was offered a RS3300 (only two done by Chris Craft Racing for Ford Dealer in Dunstable) road going. The second one did not have the suspension mods once the garage saw the bill for the first one. As soon as I said the G'friend might drive it, he warned me off it. Twisted (when revved) better than a 427 Mustang!

Saw some white ones and blue ones round Newport Pagnell. I thought it was only the Capri 280 Brooklands that was in BRG. Tried one of these near M5/M4 Bristol, frightening understeer, actually dangerous. Actually worse than Sapphire Cosworth. Waited and ordered whaletail - best car Ford ever made IMO. Had 9 new RS's in under 5 years.

When marketing Ram, Michell and Setton, we had in the warehouse, Alfa GTV, Lancia HPE, Lotus Eclat Turbo, Alfa Sud Sprint, RS 2000, Renault 30TS, Porsche 911 & Renault 20TS (boring). Funny thing is, there was only three of us on the company, though the 911 was a no-no! We didn't have a Cortina on the Fleet. What the Hi Fi industry wasted on cars it made up for in fun!!
