They could work. I wouldn't fully inflate them though. Inflated air wotsits have been used to good effect for isolation.
Would I put one under my deck. No. It looks like a travel pillow.

Highly unlikely. Air pressure will make it pretty rigid and it looks to be fabric. It's a solution looking for a problem.... such as his and hers air-travel cushions
