There are none left and Hugo is not selling or making them any more, I asked for the drawing to get one made for myself and it is not available it seems.

I have found that azimuth can be set on the Jelco by checking headshell leveling with a bubble level on the headshell. There is enough mechanical tolerance between the headshell locating pin and arm to allow at least a couple of degrees of adjustment before nipping it up tight.
I guess that having the ball races slightly out of level isn't ideal, but hey, setting up a turntable always involves a degree of compromise!.

For those people who still want a Jelco collar I am obviously in a position to machine them. If someone would like to give me the basic dimensions of their own unit I can possibly work out what is required and provide one for testing.
They are not large so posting from OZ will not be a problem.

Judging from much earlier posts on this thread the details are not available, that's why I have asked for help in detailing the dimensions.
I know the outer diameter of the collar is 56mm and the locating spigot is 29.5mm dia.
the inner diameter of the hole in the collar for the column is 18mm dia.
(I have just recieved an order for my Solid Annealed Copper Arm Board from a guy in Japan, and he has sent me a PDF of the Jelco arm collar dimensions. Unfortunately it does not include a plan view of the mounting holes)
All I need to know from you or someone is the location of the clamping holes which are used to bolt the collar to the arm board.
As a matter of engineering design, I would place two securing holes into the collar at 90deg. this would then have the effect of clamping the column squarely against the collar in all degrees of freedom.
This approach is used in many instrumentation applications.
