Hi all,
Well, looks like a good time was had by all, which is what the Scalford Show is all about, Also it gives people the chance to meet up and put faces to the members who contribute to the main UK Audio forums etc. I am really sorry I couldn’t attend this year as not been very well lately, Really glad to hear that the AOS room was well received etc.
So a big up to Marco and the rest of the guys [Nick John etc] for their efforts, hopefully I will be there for the next one.
Last but not least a big thank you to people like Alfie etc for taking such great picks of the show and for sharing them with those of us who couldn’t attend for various reasons, much appreciated.

We all really missed you this year, and TBH, although things went well, it wasn't the same. And besides, Beechy didn't quite suit the frock we'd reserved for you, and it wouldn't fit John!

However, we'll make up for your absence big time next year! I'd love to hear your Soul amp driving the Celestions, which would act as a nice contrast to Martin's superb Chord. We could do half the day with each amp, which I'm sure would be very interesting...

We can also go for a curry and a few beers with the lads from Wigwam, so that should be a giggle!

That AR Turntable is so gorgeous to look at, sounded great too!
Top marks to AOS for their room too-excellent sound. The first room I came across that had what I'd call a decent stereo sound-stage too. Lovely sounding system.
Nice to see John again-been awhile and to say hello to Marco and Beech.
I kept coming back for more throughout the day so you must have been doing it right.

I was exhibiting so only made a few rooms on the sat afternoon.
Although i didn't hear the aos room i heard very good reports.

I believe the Decca Volts are pretty rare? They certainly made a very nice noise - one of those systems that showed we haven't really advanced that much the last few decades...
