Thanks for the comments about the photos.
Well at least he's keeping fit, more than could be said of a few on here (myself included). About the only workout i get is a pretty full (read nearly overflowing) basket of shopping once a week

The windsurfing and mountain bike ones were taken in Vassiliki, Greece.
The sunset was in the Maldives on our 35th wedding anniversary in November.
The red hat one was taken at Southend on Sea Essex.
I do go to the gym 3 times a week, but I have my shopping delivered.
