Top notch, Justers. Roasties look great. Good to know you can still find quality meat in a supermarket - but it would be good as it's Welsh!

Only slight criticism is the 'out of a jar' mint sauce. It tastes so much better, dude, made from fresh mint leaves, and it's piss easy to do.
