I love risotto, but I really dislike Arborio rice. I find it too pudding-like in texture; so I use long grain rice instead.

I think the pic looks shit.
Looked fab in reality and it was cheap to make like a lot of the best dishes. Price doesn't come into it, but skill and appreciation does.
It tasted excellent.
As I said before earlier in the thread, just a mid priced Villeroy & Boch plate.

If that's what they cost it's like saying "I'm just wearing a mid priced Ralph Lauren suit".
