    What is a decent Bunna?
I have a Toiteach (well 2 bottles) so I either like it, or I forgot I had it, and a Signatory Vintage 12 yo "heavily peated" cask strength.

What other Bunnas are worth a look before they become ruiningly expensive?

I am still enjoying the Uncharted Whole Lotta Rosé 7 year old, but tastes older, is 55% abv and heavily peated, and matured in red wine casks, there are some great independent Bunna’s around.

Just about to try my first 8 year old Lagavulin Robin.

    Sláinte

Master of Malt sent me 2 free Bunna Glencairn glasses - very kind of them.

Congratulations on passing a post count of 8,000. That alone deserves a slug of whisky!

Absolutely delicious Robin and not what I was expecting at all. It has a really rich sweetness to it, but is also quite punchy. Great mouth feel with a nice spiciness that lingers on the tongue. 48% ABV makes it all work very nicely. I'll be buying this again for sure

Really pleased you enjoyed it Tim, I find its quite thick on the tongue which I like , with a lovely sweet finish.

Well tonight could interesting depending on how the football goes, if it goes well something special will coming out in the early hours.

It really surprised me to be honest, but I went in blind so was probably expecting a young 16 YO. Must be an ex bourbon cask, with those sweet honey and citrus notes, but not much is given away on the packaging - just marketing blurb. Unctuous on the tongue is something I enjoy too, can't be doing with thin 40% coloured and filtered whiskies

    Good luck with the footie.

Cheers will need a wee bit of luck as they are not a bad team we are playing.
