Freya Ridings - Mother of Pearl (2026)
I like her earlier albums, this is just as good, if not better. Very distinctive voice, if not dissimilar to Florence and the Machine’s Florence Welch, which again may be a good or bad thing depending on your taste!

John was a master storyteller, one of the best songwriters who ever lived. I saw him twice and I've never seen anyone capture an audience quite like he could. You went in as part of the audience and left as John's friend - a truly amazing man.
