    Sunny and 14C already.

That's it then, I'm giving it another hour, then I'm off out on the bike to a more distant car boot sale north of Preston. There's a lot of posh folk live up there, lets see what their music tastes are like.

Then I'll be back to do the grass cutting which didn't happen yesterday. It's like a jungle sometimes it makes me wonder how I keep from going under.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: KEF Reference 3, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Arcam A75 integrated, Monitor Audio R852 MD speakers
    A/V:
LG OLED65 G56LS, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL T9i sub.

Sunny here already too. Feels like the first day on holiday when the time difference means you wake up 2 hours before they start serving breakfast and there's nothing to do. Although in this case it was that spicy chicken I had last night.

At 7am here it was sunny and a cool 18C here, so I have opened up the house to cool it down.
It will be closed up by 9am when it starts to get warmer.

Another high of 34C forecast today.

Giving out 32C by 1500 here! Can't see that happening but it's 21C already so maybe it will.

Looked at the actual highest temperature it reached yesterday and it was 24C so a couple of degrees below what was forecast.

Need to go shopping so think I'll do that now rather than have to do a recreation of 'The Sands Of The Kalahari' later on.

Took dog out nice and early, kept in the shade as much as possible but still too much for him to go very far. Not a cloud in the sky, currently 23c and set to get to high 20's, forecast is 31c for tomorrow, then drops back down to 19c for Wednesday before going up again! I am certainly not going to complain given that the rest of the year so far I've moaned about it being cold and wet - definitely not that this week!

Saves money on the heating too.

Shopping done, there and back 20 minutes door to door. No-one in the supermarket. Being able to walk round unimpeded is great. Like when Alan Partridge gets to wander round Tandy after hours.
