went into the town, still a strong breeze going but it's warm. First properly warm day this year.
A lot warmer outside than it is in my living room so have opened the window in the hope of letting warm air in. Monitoring progress, so far it's gone from 18.9C to 19C in five minutes, so it might be working.

I don't mind the screaming, as long as it's caused by pain.
Pubs used to be a handy refuge from kids. Not anymore. What winds me up is that it's ok for kids to be in the pub, but if I try to get into their 'Wacky Warehouse' folk look at me like I'm simple or somethingAll we have left are lap dancing bars, and that can get really expensive, depending on your level of enthusiasm
