EMT 927 - that must be a labour of love! What arm are you using on it?

"Just the 4", but a good 4 nontheless. (We can argue over the grease vs. oil bearing 301, but that is for another day. )

The arm is the one that it came with - an Ortofon 12" (not the EMT banana). It was originally mono but I got Jonnie J7 to rewire it for stereo. I have some original mono Ortofon Tondose but I have never used them. I have an EMT TSD15 fitted.

I had 3 at the peak (TD150, TD160 and TD126 MkIV) but just the one now (1970s Sony DD I forget the model). Not bad for someone who's probably played about 10 records in the last 20 years.

Probably a silly question going by your Avatar . . .

Some people have no idea what they're doing and a lot of them are really good at it.

Six at one point! Gave my Systemdek 11X to my son. Others are heavily modified Lenco, Garrard 301 and a 401. SL1210 which hasn't seen action for a while and LP12 which has also been gathering dust. I want to resurrect the LP12 at some point.
