I saw her at End of the Road festival a few years back. She's out there, quirky as hell but in a good way . . . really enjoyed her set. It was around the time this album was out, which I like. Definitely worth catching live.

That was probably my most played album at one time Martin - I used to be a huge Alice Cooper fan, obsessed would be more like it! I had posters in my bedroom, my army surplus school bag had ALICE written on it and my nickname was Alice.
These bags were all the rage when I was a teenager. ALICE was right across the middle in big black letters
I'm going to play it right now.

I've never thought about it, but you could be right - Alice and Bowie were my two most favourite artists during my last two years at school ('72 and '73), and probably still are.
I remember lending my copy of "Killer" to my then girlfriend, and when we split up I went round to retrieve it, and found she'd written on the cover in magic marker "Sheila's Killer, so hands off", and the vinyl looked like it had gone out with the tide then washed up again. Cow.

I swear they get younger looking every day. And better looking too. This is what we had in the 70s, though to be fair she wasn't horrible.
