Yes an excellent album, with great musicians, I thought I would dig it out and listen to again, however I don’t seem to have it anymore which has come as a bit of a surprise. No sign of the 12inch single version either but after a bit of search that was found and now logged in. Looks like I will have to start searching for a clean copy of the album

    Stereo MCs Connected

Haven't listened to this for maybe thirty years (!) Its blend of street beats, light melody and philosophical rap have aged well and I can imagine it working in different settings from a bar or party to just me working at home...

Heck, I'm gonna do it again, gonna do it again...

Gorillaz still going then? How does it compare with their earlier stuff? I only stuck with them up to and including Plastic Beach.

I was just in the mood for Massive Attack's "Blue Lines", but can I find it? Sick as a parrot. I'll look in the car when 'er indoors gets back.

    So went with this:

Ten minutes in I decided I really don't like Chase and Status. Makes me want to curl up in a corner and wait for it to be over. With shelf space at a premium, this will go into a box marked "what was I thinking?"

    Something more palatable now:
