Gammon, eggs, chips and beans. Might be considered to be transport café fodder, but it was yummy!
Large navel orange for dessert, and to give the meal a touch of class: a couple of glasses of a White Zinfandel Rosé.

Last night's dinner was a Gousto recipe. "Stove Top Meatloaf with Red Wine Glaze".
This is a picture from Gousto's website, but Anita's effort did look exactly the same
Didn't think I'd be a Meatloaf fan, and looking at it was worried that it'd be out of me like a bat out of hell when the morning came. But no problems so far, and it was really tasty
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

It really was Barry, but it kept Anita in the kitchen for an hour and a half prepping and cooking. So her verdict on the Meatloaf: "I would do anything for love, but I won't do that"Looks good!Sorry, I had to put that in.
The Gousto meals are almost always very good, but require a bit more effort than you'd expect. But can be pretty good value, Anita only orders them when their 50-60% off deals are running. Which is much of the time.
