    Chicken Chorizo and vegetable pasta bake tonight, doesn’t look much and thrown together but if I do say so myself a triumph! (Son ate everything without realising it contained courgettes which apparently he hates! )

    Beef stew with pommes dauphinoise.

    No veg on the side as there was enough in the stew.

    Large naval orange for dessert.

    A glass or two of a 2020 L'Épiphaniie de Pauillac, Réserve de L'Harmonie, Grand Vin de Bordeaux to drink.
