We eat a lot of tuna, as well as mackerel, cod, haddock and king prawns. I'm becoming a bit of a pescaterian (or should that be an icthyophage?)!

If we are eating chips they are done in the airfryer, but sometimes if we are feeling lazy we will eat chunky-cut oven chips.

Looks good Alex. I admire the cauliflower cheese - unfortunately my partner isn't that keen on cauliflower.

I notice you don't remove the bean tips. I do, as I have always thought they wouldn't taste nice. No doubt I'm mistaken.

Hmmm… I do chop off the other end, but never thought about discarding the spindly end! Never noticed any difference in taste.

Salmon tonight, with spicy wedges and veg.

I’m always a bit “meh” about salmon before I cook it, but then end up enjoying it far more than I thought I would.
