I can tell you it's easily 30 years since I've heard it. A mate back then had it and I never got round to getting my own copy. I've tried recently but it's quite pricey (like "Northern Exposure", another Sasha/Digweed mix, one I've also been after).

Yes that is the better of the two albums imo. And the cover artwork holds up better than Stupid Stupid Stupid, less moving parts
