Like the black case and bracelet, but the contrast with the dial makes it a bit "loud"
Easy to read however, but what is the purpose of the small dial?

Second 24hr hour hand, don’t see the point really, can’t show a different time?

It's to tell you if it's AM or PM as a 12 hour dial doesn't differentiate (except just before midnight when the date starts to change).

The small 24 under the 6 could denote 24 hour but then I'm not sure what the 11 would refer to.

I agree with Roy. The main dial displays a time of 10.11 and 24 seconds, which tallies with that of the smaller dial whose hand is just past 10.

As to being able to distinguish between AM and PM, well that should be obvious, unless one is in either the Arctic or Antarctica!

It's a modern style variation on the sun and moon complication, which would look incongruous on a modern watch. It's just a matter of preference some people like extra features on a watch.
