Most of "mine", ie ones that I bought new are in good shape, it's the ones I bought used from car boots, Ebay, that are sometimes a bit manky. Generally they are free from scratches, so can look near mint, but sound anything but.
Getting them all in tip top condition isn't going to be cheap, as apart from the cost of the fluid, it's recommended that they also get new inner sleeves. I might just concentrate on the basket cases, most of my records are fine.
