Nothing happened, well he couldn't be arsed to read any of the daily presidential memos, so I'm not surprised, as well as the monthly turnover of white house staff, because they didn't survive his 'your fired' bullshit, he thinks its one big reality TV program. Apart from that we've seen the damage that a rogue president can do to the US system of govt., with his election of those right wing supreme court judges, and the effect it had on women's reproductive rights, putting the clock back 50 yrs. He says the 2020 election was stolen, he told his supporters to march on Capitol hill, are you still not picking up on these dictatorial tendencies?? If he gets elected a second time, just think what he'll try to get away with, that doesn't mean of course that if he is elected that I hope those things come true, just to say I told you so! But they are a serious danger at the moment, with the state of US and how divided it is, remember the people there have guns!

To become a dictator he would need the support of the military, I can't see that happening ever.

Which US President was assassinated by the US military? None that I know of. JFK was assassinated by an ex-marine, but that is not the same thing.
