So this morning starts with the first of two “long case” CBS Mastersound cd’s the first is the eighth studio album from this great American singer songwriter.

Recorded in 1977 at the Sound Factory in Hollywood, Produced by Peter Asher and originally mastered by the legendary Doug Sax.

The album features a who’s who of musicians:

The next up is an album that really needs no introduction other than the obvious, this their fourth studio album. Released in April 1982 this album won three Grammys the following year including Album of the Year !

Last and vinyl and this 1973 fifth studio album from “the” English progressive rock supergroup ! The band consisted of Keith Emerson (keyboards) of The Nice, Greg Lake (vocals, bass, guitars, producer) of King Crimson, and Carl Palmer (drums, percussion) of Atomic Rooster. Sadly only Carl Palmer is still with us but his career not only incudes being a founding member of Atomic Rooster but also a member of the legendary supergroup Asia.

It's the Rush hour!

Some great choices there Mark.

I've never owned a copy, or even heard it in its entirety, but 'Toto' is very much on my wish list, especially after learning of David Paich, who has a long association with Boz Scaggs, including co-writing his 3 biggest songs (What Can I Say, Lowdown, Lido Shuffle).
