They look like they could move some air! Nice to have some decent sized woofers!

    Fridge size!

When you say New Speaker Day is 'in your future', how imminent are we talking? Be handy to know before I go booking any foreign holidays

Interesting that the blurb says you can choose to have the ports at the front or back. Would there not be an audible difference? If not I suppose it would come down to aesthetics. Anyway with your room I'd imagine rear-firing wouldn't be a problem.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: KEF Reference 3, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Arcam A75 integrated, Monitor Audio R852 MD speakers
    A/V:
LG OLED65 G56LS, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL T9i sub.

I think maybe late September at the earliest for delivery. There's a bit of a queue.

Ports back or front is just aesthetics, it doesn't matter unless you want to jam the speaker right against the wall.

What, a queue for completion and delivery, or for visitors? I'm hoping to get a seat on the first coach... seriously I'm well excited for you mate, I know it's been your next thing for some time now.

It's a bit of a shot in the dark but I suppose that's more fun. Like booking a holiday to some place you've never been.

Also similar in that you book it then have to forget about it until a few hours before the taxi comes.

They will have castors fitted so I can move them next door when the time comes. With the aid of some improvised ramps, anyway.

Just checked out the dimensions of these beasts, they are as big as the ATC 150s! https://atc.audio/hi-fi/loudspeakers...series/scm150/

These are going to be monsters so hope you got room mate?

Just to get an idea of their size in a room check this out. Same size woofers!
