Me n doggo lovely day in Hastings, wish I could move here, sick of Brighton, another town fallen to the grunts.

Average house price in Hastings £256,000 compared to £420,000 for Brighton. And these prices will surely be reflected in the rental market. That's a big difference and a no brainer, unless of course there's something about Brighton you can't live without.

Small flats look to be around £1200/month!

You can still buy houses round by me for £75K, at £1200/month you'd pay the mortgage off in 6 years.

I trust your residents association will have a vetting process for potential new neighbours, you don't want any old riff raff.

It looks like renting or buying in a coastal town comes at a higher cost. Don't know why, most of these places are rough as a badger's arse, unless you can pay north of £1m.

It's very quiet right now as all the students are away for the summer. Practically living on university campus these days.

Alas Hastings is just as full of crackheads as Brighton, these fuckers have absolutely zero sympathy from me, if I was mayor I'd clear this goddam town of the whole lot of them, now there's a game , 'Fantasy Mayor', hehe.

That advert where the bloke is worrying all day about his dog being in the vet, and when they bring it out it's blatantly obvious that the animal has never clapped eyes on him before in its life.

Must have seen it ten times and right now I can't recall in the slightest what it is they're advertising.

    Great job there boys.
