About 20 notes I think. It's not really my sort of thing and it just goes on and on so good job I didn't pay that much for it.

I wince when I see the price tags on some of the CDs I bought in the 1990s.

Oh dear, I assume it being 'EMI Middle East' is the reason for the clumsy covering up of her lady bumps.

Got a few CDs at car boot this morning. At £1 each not super-bargains, but I'm not grumbling.

Rolling Stones 'Exile on Main Street'
    Santana 'Abraxas'
    Mark Knopfler 'Sailing to Philadephia'
    Vangelis 'Portraits'

I almost bought "Who Built the Moon" by Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds, and that would be the closest I'd ever get to Oasis. But the bloody case was empty. The seller already knew the disc was missing, so why bother to bring it?
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

I bought that Melanie C album when it cam out (and the Madge one) - "I Turn to You" is a great track.

Daughter is currently baking a cake so she has put her Spotify playlist on the kitchen speakers - usual teenage girl stuff like Taylor Swift, Raye, Lana Del Ray but then suddenly The Smiths - apparently she loves them! I'll have to let her play my vinyl albums, or maybe that's how she discovered them?

Just an image off of Bing. Not a pic of the one I actually got so lady bumps are present on that.

One of those 40p CDs I got turned out to be an empty case so that means they were actually 50p each. Might need time to recover from that financial shockwave.

I need to find another copy of 'Exile' - mine has CD rot and won't play all the way through anymore.

CD rot, are you storing them in the damp or have you got woodworm?
Listening is the act of aural discrimination and dissemination of sound, and accepting you get it wrong sometimes.

Digital:- Marantz SA-KI Pearl CD player, RaspberryPi/HifiBerry Digi+ Pro, Buffalo NAS Drive

Amplification:- AudioValve Sunilda phono stage, Krell KSP-7B pre-amp, Krell KSA-80 power amp

Output: Wilson Benesch Vector speakers, KLH Ultimate One Headphones

Cables: Tellurium Q Ultra Black II RCA & Chord Epic 2 RCA, various speaker leads, & links

I think I am nearing audio nirvana, but don’t tell anyone.

Don't chuck it away Mart, I wouldn't mind having the booklet out of it. Mine has all the pages stuck together, like a well-thumbed copy of Hustler. Disc looks to be ok though.
