No need to go to the vet anymore you can get diagnoses on here. Although they're conflicting...

I agree with Barry, that dose sound pretty low. And might explain the arm veins thing - when raising your arms maybe heart rate and BP not enough welly to send blood upwards, and when lowering your arms gravity is helping.

Is it 'simple' anaemia you have? I think that could be helped with a diet rich in iron (liver, spinach, other leafy veg, even iron supplements) but don't overdo it or your turds will look (and feel) like rocks. Obvs I'm not a proper doctor but I do know my shit

Bugger. Sorry to hear that Mike.

I'd love to go out to repair the roof for one of the NHS bosses - I would say "Sorry I can't fix your roof until the leaks have ruined all your carpets and furniture. Call me back when the black mould starts to be a problem".

Exactly, I've often overheard people from other European countries talk about how bad the NHS is, sometimes you literally have to be dying before they start to investigate, that's why we have lowest cancer survival rates in Europe, that's why we have fewer and fewer NHS dentists, it literally sucks (no teeth).
