I've set up ad blocking on my home network. It blocks ads on any device on the network, particularly useful when brousing on Android based devices like my firetv stick. No configuration required on those devices.
Google "pi-hole" , it's designed for the raspberry pi but will run on Ubuntu.I set it up on an old laptop.

    Nice when things work out

One good thing that has become more common in recent years are unmarked police cars... I would love that job, I would show no mercy.

Although I wouldn't be in that job long before I'd be facing accusations of 'profiling'. Because I already know who the dickhead drivers are before they do anything - just a matter of following them until they do what they do best

Around here some of the more aggressive drivers are women in Chelsea tractors - i think being high up and surrounded by airbags gives them a sense of invincibility, and never mind the plebs

And most of them don't even need airbags, what with the botox and other 'enhancements'.

Driving a 4x4 does give you a greater sense of command and security.

Being higher up, it is easier to see what is coming at road junctions and at roundabouts.
