So in total, if I'm correct you have 2mv of gain with the Croft ( I could be wrong) and then 6.2mV with the M55e, 8.2mV output in total
. So, the SC35C, M91/2+ the croft would pump out 7mV and the high ranking V15 around 6mV. The Shure later model V15's go for silly money and then you've got to buy the JICO, you'd be looking at £700 ish, and that's on a cartridge which is probably kicking around 40 years old. The SC35C is cheaper buy a few hundred quid and would I think give pretty much the same performance but slightly brighter in soundstage performance due to the extra output.
