i'd agree re handling, but the 2200 was quick; the 3500 was silly. dad had every rover made i guess around the late 50's/60's/70's. tho his fav was probably the super snipe. a beautiful interior in its day, with those bench leather seats and wood dash. so british lol.. he wouldnt but german after fighting them in war right up to his early death, he had this total dislike

Just arrived. New vacuum brake bleeding set! Not tried one before, but If it's good enough for Edd China it's probably OK.
The car went through the MOT with spongy brakes and four workshops have looked at it and not sorted things. I'm pretty sure there's a bit of air in the ABS pump, so that will require a bit of 'creative' bleeding, we'll see.
