If it all kicks off you know what will happen. Immediate information blackout, so no TV or radio news, no internet and obviously no mobile networks, no GPS and no travel. Dwindling food and essentials, no fuel and no electric car charging. No work and no income or access to money. No medical aid either.

Police and army getting heavy handed, jails full and courts closed so you stay locked up.

Oh, and all the dual-nationals and others will be heading for Airports and Seaports in a reverse migration.

    And that's just for starters.

If there's a nuclear attack, much devastation and all major population centres ceasing to exist. Then there's the radiation and fall-out, which will have varying impact across the UK.

Other than that, it's all rosy!

I intend to be well away from London by then (hopefully).

My wife works with a woman who's leg swelled up and became very painful - the woman hasn't been feeling "right" for some time. dizzy/ "out of sorts".

The woman contacted her GP. who arranged an emergency appointment, was concerned that it could be a blood clot and potentially life threatening.

Hospital appointment confirmed that cholesterol levels were extremely high. MRI scan didn't show any clot in her leg but hospital suggested that she sees her GP again in order to book a scan (at the same hospital) for her foot.

Am I missing something here ?

They've also overturned firearms regs. Now anybody in New York can carry a concealed weapon.

What next, taking the vote from women and repealing emancipation?
