I was imagining it was one of those old wooden cased things from the 1970s not a modern smart TV.
It was only about 23" screen, about the size of a tray you might eat your dinner off. Secondhand tellies are worth jack shit these days, at Christmastime the council tips will be inundated with perfectly good TVs whose only fault is being not quite big enough to screen The Great Escape convincingly.
I thought all the old 60s and 70s tellies had been snapped up and made into fish tanks then sold to hipsters for silly money.
