Don’t get me wrong Abraxas is good but it is the start of a more commercial and produced sound IMO, whereas in the first you can here that they laid the tracks down with hardly any overdubs.Originally Posted by Barry

Borboletta is my other favourite it is the 6th but somehow the jazz/fusion element seems to return them back to the origins a bit.
