My company does this also, I’m very interested, one monthly payment includes everything, insurance, road tax, servicing, tyres (but sadly not electricity!) - and because it’s salary sacrifice, comes from your salary before it’s taxed, so depending on your earnings, could be up to 40% saved. Only downside as I see it is that you never own the asset, but then you don’t have the hassle and unexpected bills.

Main reason I haven’t hit the button is that I’m waiting for the new VW i-Buzz - which has been delayed again... we almost went for a Hyundai Ioniq 5 on a short 2 year deal in the interim, but then I saw it was 30 weeks to delivery!

Then I started looking at other options, got bored and opened wine!

But long story short, if it’s available via your company then it’s a bit of a no brainier I think. (I like the Tesla 3 and they’re seemingly unaffected by “Chipageddon” but wouldn’t work for us I don’t think as we need something a bit more versatile.)

See what happens and how the costs play out,
But got my eye on a Tesla model 3.
I woukd not use a supercharger too often, as it won't be good for the battery.

Ok for an occasional splash and dash when doing an occasional long journey, but every week? I wouldn't.

if its a lease its not his problem i guess. charging to 80% or so is usually the best way. 100 when you really need it. It helps with battery management.
I have only charged mine in slow mode...real slow lol
