It was the worst possible time to have the upheaval of leaving the EU. Still I think it was better to get it done rather than keep putting it off though.

I don't think it's anything to do with Brexit, no. Not unless the Americans, Germans and Chinese all had Brexit too.

I already said that shipping costs have gone up due to the pandemic as demand for air freight has massively outstripped supply.

It's funny that we have a global pandemic that has massively affected every aspect of everything in the world and yet people are still claiming 'It's Brexit!'.

I think some of what you say is correct and makes sense, but you're about the only person I know, including all sorts of knowledgeable people I've heard on TV, including some government ministers, who think that Brexit has had **NO IMPACT WHATSOEVER** on the current lack of lorry drivers and resultant fuel shortages.

It was the worst possible thing for anyone in the UK who considered themselves more European than British. Count Del and me in! There have been, and will be no advantages for us, which is why we both voted against it.

Because I think that there is a wider responsibility to the country, to the generations that came before and the generations that come after us.

I have no doubt that in the long term the country will be much better off out of the EU which is a corrupt, self-serving organisation that was holding us back. So wealthy people will have to pay a bit more for their wine? Nobody cares about that. And in any case that's down to the EU. It was their decision to stop the customs union.

You very rarely see anyone knowledgeable on TV these days. It's wall to wall misinformation and agendas.

That's true because in normal circumstances there's nothing I can do about it in any case, but as it happens the opportunity to do something about the EU came up.

Independence for Scotland would also be a rocky road full of unknowns, but I don't think that would stop you voting for it.
