He's in an open prison right now and has been out on day release a few times.
Open prisons are the ones where people actually break into the prison to attend the parties. So he could pretty much walk out any time anyway.
I'm sure the parole board knows what they are doing although seems to me like it's really not worth taking the chance with someone like that.
