I certainly would - the culmination of PC absurdity. Its bad enough new parents not wishing to identify the gender of their newborn by refering to it as "they"! They're too thick to realise "they" is third person plural; the correct gender-neutral singular pronoun would be "it".

If I found myself in conversation with such a person I would be referring to everyone else in the third person plural - it would confuse "them" no end, and hopefully they would then realise they are just being a dick.
