Lol - trust me it wasn't - very rich and tasty. Two shots of espresso is plenty in that cup... Cappuccino isn't supposed to be strong [traditionally in Italy] - just a bit more so than a latte. It's the lighting making it look 'pale'

I know they are keen on it, but that's irrelevant. The respect simply goes to the producers of the beans. Whatever style you wish to serve it is a personal choice.
