Picked up Sofia from a short stay at hospital today.
Was getting Prodrive springs and dampers replaced, found out Mr Prodrive himself is re-manufacturing the parts from original drawings they used when Alfa Romeo asked them to to upgrade 500 standard Brera's for the UK market back in the day.
Less unsprung weight at each corner from much lighter 8C style 19"alloys, upgraded Eibach and Bilstein suspension system and more.
Less weight, much more grip and better feel.
Drives like she should now.
Not the fastest 4 wheels on the block or quickest off the traffic lights, but in your 50's, 130-odd mph is enough for anyone.
Goes down the road very quickly and makes a nice noise.
Plus has all the feelz...
