WTF, and just what am I supposed to do with an ill wife and a big Irish Setter that needs to be exercised? I suspect its something just being considered at the moment amongst many other options. Implementing something like that would cause many problems in itself, and could be counter productive. ?

I dont think we are quite as far forward as many countrys in infection rates. We do have a lot of folk living alone which in many cases is good. But with govt now not counting the infection rate(probably to hide it) we might never know the scale
