    On the TV front I got a nice Samsung few months back... I decided against the more expensive QLED/OLED's as they defo need the 4K stuff to shine...

    We bought an Amazon Fire TV stick 4K, and I started watching one of their programmes last night (called "Goliath" with Billy Bob Thornton), and it's difficult to explain, but it wasn't like you were watching actors performing, rather it was like viewing CCTV footage (albeit vey high res) of people going about their day. Somehow the "romance" was gone.

    Maybe I'll get used to it, but I wish I hadn't sold my Panasonic Plasma
