    A haunted house tale I heard on the radio a few years ago, and I may be misremembering some details...

    A woman had for much of her life a recurring dream that she visited this big house in the country, and never left. A few years later when on a driving holiday with her husband in Ireland, she saw a house that was exactly like the house in her dreams, and just had to call there.

    When the old lady living there came to the door she had the fright of her life. Turns out this caller was the spitting image as this apparition that walked round her house at night.

    In the interests of balance I will say that this old woman waxed her private parts regularly, so didn't startle easily.
