    the stuff last week is from Sulawesi. Its low acid and very smooth. These ones, are obviously from Bolivia, hence the name

    will leave them a few days to gas off as they roast to order and deliver next day. They do lots of different stuff at various price levels. this new one was a bit pricey at £60 a kilo; I got half a kilo, but first ones were less than half that. Just fancied trying these as its a new farm and new plants and they have a good rep.

    oh, Sulawesi is in Indonesia...
