I agree I have one of their albums and it’s great from first to last track. On the edge of rock but not still in the blues. Another like this if Johnny Winter, his second album is a good example IMO.Some might frown about this:

He was right of course, but he didn't recognise their naďve enthusiasm. And that is what I like about groups such as Chicken Shack.Anyway, they along with John Mayall, were my introduction to the Blues, which lead me on to discover and appreciate the original Blues performers of the US. So I will always be grateful to them for that.
